Senior Luxury Sales Manager (m/w/d)
Focus Markets: US & Middle East | Based in Vienna (HQV)
Your Responsibilities
* Drive top‑line revenue, market share and brand positioning across all Premium Hotels while analysing market trends and translating insights into strategic actions
* Increase brand awareness and revenue by strategically developing international leisure agency partnerships and consortia networks (incl. LHW, FHR, Virtuoso, Serandipians)
* Act as main contact for Leading Hotels of the World, coordinating joint sales and marketing activities
* Lead and expand key international accounts, including GSAs in the US, ensuring sustainable business growth
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in premium and niche segments and take full ownership of strategic account management
* Define and achieve FIT sales targets, developing tailored sales strategies together with HQ and hotel commercial teams
* Plan and execute sales & marketing activities, including campaigns, newsletters, events, trade fairs, fam trips and partner initiatives
* Represent Falkensteiner at international industry events and strengthen global brand presence
* Ensure structured communication and reporting, high data quality and accurate documentation of all sales activities (e.g. Protel)
* Act as a proactive and inspiring team player, providing market insights, driving innovation and contributing to a positive team and performance culture
Your Profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury leisure sales (Tour Operator, Travel Agency or proactive hotel sales)
* Strong international sales expertise and established network
* Proven strategic account management skills
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
* Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* Highly motivated with a proactive “can‑do” mindset
* Strong analytical thinking
* Fluent in German and English
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
* Driving licence (B)
* Willingness to travel frequently

For this full‑time position (40 hours/week), we offer a gross monthly salary starting from €4,000, with the willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and experience.
