Your responsibilities
* Lead global HR implementations, rollouts, and regional extensions of HR IT systems and interfaces by planning, executing, and controlling multiple workstreams.
* Ensure structured communication and collaboration across internal stakeholders, global teams, and external partners.
* Use classic, agile, or hybrid methods to manage scope, timelines, and budgets while adhering to internal governance and project management standards.
* Identify risks proactively, resolve issues effectively, and deliver clear project updates to stakeholders and steering committees.
* Enhance project frameworks, share best practices, and contribute to team development through onboarding and knowledge transfer.
Your Qualifications
* Completed university degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, HR, or related fields.
* Several years of experience in project management of HR IT projects, ideally in a corporate or matrix organization.
* Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2); experience with SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
* Proactive, result-oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
* Fluent English skills; German skills are a plus; willingness to travel (20%).

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52,197.04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
