Your role
* Designing, operating, and continuously improving the engineering toolchain to support the full software and system lifecycle—from requirements management to testing and release.
* Integrating and automating systems and tools (e.g., GitLab Runners, Azure DevOps Build Agents, version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and test environments) to create seamless and efficient workflows.
* Collaborating closely with development teams to understand their needs and translate them into scalable DevOps platform solutions.
* Ensuring quality, traceability, and compliance across the toolchain while driving standardization and engineering best practices.
What makes you a great fit
* Experience in DevOps, software engineering, or engineering toolchain management, with an interest in working at the intersection of technology, processes, and collaboration.
* Strong knowledge of automation, scripting, and system integrations (e.g., APIs and CI/CD pipelines), combined with a passion for solving complex technical challenges. Experience with technologies such as C#/.NET, Python, PowerShell, Bash, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible is considered an advantage.
* Solid understanding of software development processes and a strong interest in improving engineering productivity and development workflows.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and drive continuous improvement in a structured environment.

Statutory notice: the monthly salary may considerably exceed the level stipulated by the collective labour agreement. The actual salary is based on the individual professional qualification and experience.
