. You will maintain direct working-level access to the Managing Board to support high-priority decision-making.
Purpose & key responsibilities
:
Strategy Development
: Co-lead the end-to-end strategy process for the Group and its Business Units, from initial problem framing to delivering board-ready recommendations and steering external advisors.
Transformation & EBITDA Impact
: Drive large-scale programs, including operating model redesigns and SG&A optimization, with a clear focus on delivering measurable P&L and EBITDA improvements.
M&A and Market Intelligence
: Lead workstreams across the full M&A deal cycle and utilize strategic market intelligence to guide capital allocation and portfolio decisions.
Capability Building
: Strengthen strategic planning across the Business Units through targeted coaching and the development of internal capabilities.
Strategic Partnership
: Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Board and a strategic partner to divisional leadership on high-priority to
