To support our daily operations, we are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant who enjoys helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role supports our office administration, onboarding activities, logistics, and day-to-day organizational tasks. You will work closely with different teams across the company and help ensure that our office and administrative processes run efficiently and smoothly.
Your Responsibilities:
* Support day-to-day office administration and organizational activities.
* Assist with ordering and managing office supplies and refreshments.
* Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and office logistics.
* Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
* Prepare and distribute company equipment, access cards, and welcome packages.
* Maintain inventory records for company assets and office equipment.
* Assist with organizing team events and company gatherings.
* Support the maintenance of company documents, templates, and internal records.
* Provide general administrative support to different departments as required.
Your Profile:
* Actively pursuing or having completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Management, or a comparable field.
* Previous experience in a similar administrative, organizational, or office support role is welcome.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Reliable, structured, and proactive working style.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Fluent German (C1 or better) and English (B2 or better) communication skills.
* Comfortable handling administrative and coordination tasks.
* Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Beyond the core responsibilities of this role, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into various areas of the business, including HR administration, finance operations, onboarding and offboarding processes, IT asset management, and general business operations. While these topics are not primary responsibilities of the position, they provide valuable exposure to how a growing international SaaS company operates.

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting at EUR 17.606,49 on a 20-hour basis, taking into consideration the appropriate classification according to the valid IT collective agreement and the willingness to overpay based on qualifications and professional experience.
