About the Role
As a Brand Activator you will plan, organize and execute brand activations in the On‑Trade (hospitality) sector. You will create experiences that bring our brands to life, increase brand awareness, and connect consumers directly with our products (“Liquid to lips”). In this key role you work closely with Customer Marketing and Sales, acting as the bridge between strategy and market implementation.
Responsibilities
* Experience‑Planning & Activation
o Plan and deliver impactful brand activations in hospitality venues and events.
o Organize and implement events, promotions and On‑Trade activation programmes.
o Ensure activation plans are executed efficiently and to high standards.
* Brand Development
o Create compelling brand experiences that increase awareness and consumer connection.
o Activate main categories with a focus on “Liquid to lips”.
o Maintain quality and consistency across all activation activities.
o Develop guidelines and continuously optimise activation formats.
* Collaboration & Network Development
o Work closely with Customer Marketing and Sales to optimise market execution.
o Support sales teams in running activations with customers and partners.
o Build and maintain positive relationships in the culinary, hospitality and event industry.
o Identify new activation platforms and partnership opportunities.
* Budget, Measurement & Reporting
o Plan, manage and control activation budgets while ensuring efficient and high‑quality execution.
o Track and analyse activation performance, consumer reach and brand awareness metrics.
o Continuously assess the quality and scalability of activation formats.
o Expand the gastronomy and hospitality network through strong partnerships and market presence.
o Provide clear and structured reporting based on defined benchmarks.
Qualifications
* Experience in brand activation, event marketing or trade marketing.
* Strong network in the hospitality, hospitality and bar scene with an established professional network.
* Passion for creating memorable consumer experiences.
* Structured work style with responsible budget management.
* High execution competence and a practical approach.
* Comfortable with cross‑functional collaboration with sales and marketing.
* Analytical mindset focused on measurable results.
* Excellent German and English language skills.
