Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety‑critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know‑how and proven experience. The following four areas are key innovation drivers for our future global growth and complement our core control centre solutions: MCX (Mission Critical Services): mission‑critical, prioritised communication over 5G networks; Drones (Integrated Lower Airspace Solutions): airspace management and information systems for all aviation stakeholders; Recording: voice recording for safety‑critical communication in control centres; C2 (Command and Control Solutions): integrated situational awareness as well as incident and resource management. You will continuously evolve the marketing story for these domains, develop sales and marketing materials (e.g. collaterals, videos, event and product presentations), and manage marketing campaigns across German‑ and English‑speaking markets. With your strong understanding of B2B/B2G marketing, you create targeted and compelling messages that position our products effectively and establish new topics in the market.

Key Tasks

Develop communication strategies and key messages to support global and regional positioning

Own the full marketing communications mix and its content (e.g. sales materials, videos, website, social media, trade fairs)

Plan, execute and analyse cross‑channel marketing campaigns (in close collaboration with Sales and internal stakeholders)

Manage and allocate the marketing budget for your areas of responsibility

Coordinate agencies and external partners, and lead cross‑functional and regional project teams

Work closely with internal interfaces, in particular Sales, business units and regional teams

Key Qualifications

Degree in business administration with a focus on marketing/communications or a comparable qualification

3–5 years of experience in content marketing in an international B2B/B2G environment, ideally within one of the areas mentioned above

Strong affinity for technical solutions and products

Proven experience in developing and executing target group‑oriented B2B campaigns for technology‑driven products

Excellent writing skills with a strong attention to detail

Experience with different content formats and a solid understanding of customer journeys

Ability to manage multiple projects and cross‑functional (international) stakeholders simultaneously

Structured, independent and team‑oriented working style

Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
