👯 You’ll work directly with the founder to create attention‑winning content for all platforms.
🌎 The job is 100% remote, so you must be able to self‑manage and collaborate diligently online with your colleagues around the world.
⚡️ You always stay “on top of your game” when it comes to video editing techniques, social media trends, editing best practices and can continue to grow through courses and further education.
What we’re looking for
🎨 Min. 2 years experience editing videos for Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
🎬 Expertise in professional editing software and file delivery: i.e., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects etc.
🎮 Solid skills in motion editing, animation and elevating edits through motion techniques.
📈 Ability to enhance edits with audio mixing, SFX, mastering and colour grading skills to add that WOW‑effect.
😍 You can transform raw footage into engaging, shareable stories that align with our brand and speak the language of social media.
👀 Exceptional attention to detail. Naturally you triple‑check everything across every aspect of crafting and executing ideas.
🧠 Understanding of platform‑native content (what works on LinkedIn vs. YouTube vs. Instagram)
🇬🇧 Must be fluent in English.
