The impact you’ll make
You will oversee the performance and continuous improvements of our product quality along the entire product life cycle – form the product idea and development to market introduction and volume manufacturing until the end of the product life.
As our customers perspective is in our focus you will drive non-conformances out of the global install base of our products to the root cause & corrective action (RCCA) process. To this end, you will act as the central quality function within the Clean product line acting in a cross-functional environment of all product aspects, such as development / engineering, supply chain and manufacturing. In this leading quality position, you will make the difference of the non-conformance management towards quality excellence.
What You’ll Do
Act as an interface to the regional quality program leaders (QPLs) and the functional quality managers (FQMs) in a worldwide network
Actively monitoring of quality performance and incoming quality records, report quality performance to defined quality objectives
Drive decisions for quality investigations and improvements in a cross functional team environment Lead cross functional quality teams
Prevent quality escapes upfront in the early product development stage, by using adequate quality methods and by driving lessons learned form the Install base quality into the development programs.
Analyse quality performance data and trends, identify systematics, initiate systematically improvements on our products and the quality management system
Bridge quality performance to financial impact (Cost of Quality) and the quality improvements activities
Act as a quality mentor for quality case owners (QCOs)
