Business Development Manager (all genders)
Tasks :
* First point of contact for existing and new customers
* Establish & maintain partnerships with key stakeholders including pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and other industry players
* Develop and implement business tools for revenue growth
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes
* Planning and implementation of conference participation and trade fair appearances as part of a team
* Prepare business proposals and presentations to current and new clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities
* Prepare and participate in negotiations for contracts with industry partner
Skills and Abilities :
* University degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field is required
* Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the fields of biotech, healthcare, pharmaceutical or industry
* Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills, German is an advantage
* Proven track record of successful deal closures and revenue generation
* Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
* Willingness to travel

We offer an unlimited contract with a minimum yearly salary from EUR 60000 gross based on 40 hours / week plus variable compensation. Overpayment is possible, depending on qualifications and work experience.
