Overview
The IT Integration Manager acts as the point of contact for the client and other stakeholders. During construction, the role is responsible for managing all IT integration services required for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring seamless coordination between systems, contractors, and client requirements.
Responsibilities
* Positively engage with customers and develop, grow and maintain customer relationships
* Deliver high‑quality services and ensure all deliverables meet client requirements
* Identify, document and manage construction phasing deliverables for ICT systems and related CSA and MEP interfaces
* Manage and ensure compliance with the telecom material procurement process
* Report project progress to the client and internal teams
* Manage telecom installer and general contractor compliance with project requirements
* Coordinate client snagging, handover and issue close‑out processes
* Create, update and utilize acceptance smart forms for beneficial use spaces and systems
* Provide scheduling input and guidance on design solutions, change orders, optioneering and proposals that may affect project milestones
* Conduct continuous self‑appraisal and share integration lessons learned across regions to drive improvements
* Participate in the change management process and support change justification
* Provide input on proposed phasing changes or delays and offer mitigation solutions to protect committed deliverables
* Coordinate the development of security installations and approve physical security guarding requirements
* Coordinate and manage timely procurement of ICT integration packages
* Coordinate integration scopes to support, and not impede, the commissioning process
* Perform and record regular site installation quality reviews and coordinate handover activities
* Manage and own the turnover to operations process for each area or facility
* Coordinate partial or complete facility lockdown processes
* Advise directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects, particularly those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity insurance

Qualifications
* 10+ years in ITC / IT integration on data centre or mission‑critical projects (on‑site)
* Proven ability to manage complex interfaces between ICT, MEP and CSA packages
* Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
* Methodical way of thinking and approach to work
* Excellent problem‑solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills
* Sound ICT skills, with high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluent in English
* Eligible to work in Austria
* B.S. Engineering
