Are you ready to shape a brand-new store in the funniest and most innovative retail chain? NORMAL is a young and dynamic Danish retail chain that opened its first store in April 2013. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly, operating nearly 1000 stores across nine markets. Our expansion now continues in Austria, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our adventure!
As Assistant Store Manager you will:
* Lead the store team alongside the Store Manager to drive growth and sales.
* Ensure customers have a unique shopping experience at every visit.
* Take responsibility for sales, store standards, and leadership.
* Work strategically with our exciting product range, keeping the store well stocked and neatly presented.
* Own your role and go the extra mile in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Your Qualifications
* Experience in retail.
* Passion for store operations and merchandising, ensuring high store standards.
* Ability to create great customer experiences that encourage repeat visits.
* Independent, hardworking, and detail‑oriented.
* Visible leader who leads by example, with a positive attitude, and can turn ideas into action.
Practical Information
We’ll be reviewing candidates at the end of December and will invite selected candidates to attend an in‑person interview on January 5th.
The minimum gross monthly salary according to the collective agreement for employees in the retail sector amounts to EUR 2,471 on a full‑time basis. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay above this amount.
