Your Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email
* Troubleshoot issues or escalate when needed
* Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
* Maintain strong, professional relationships and show empathy
* Turn every interaction into a happy customer experience
What You Bring
* Fluency in German
* Strong communication skills in English
* Excellent communication & soft skills
* Problem-solving mindset
* Good computer knowledge
* Ability to multitask
* Team-player attitude in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
