Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Control Systems Engineer (m/d/f) to work in Tyrol, Austria for a couple of our major clients. This is a great opportunity to put your technical skills to use and develop them further. If you are fluent in German with strong DeltaV skills and have a proven understanding of the automation environment and want to learn more, this role might be for you!
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
* Develop functional and design specifications for control systems (hardware and software) under supervision of the Lead Engineer and in collaboration with the customer.
* Perform design studies and create quality documents for projects according to project specifications and in line with procedures and quality plans.
* Configure software applications for the Emerson Controls System DeltaV.
* Perform internal tests and customer acceptance tests in-house and at customer sites.
* Provide commissioning, start-up support, after-sales service, and training for clients.
* Develop the required technical project documentation.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
* A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Process Automation Engineering.
* 3+ years in a control engineering project environment.
* Previous experience in the Process Automation environment and technical skills in control system engineering.
* Knowledge of control system design, HW cabinet design and assembly, software system design, implementation, and testing.
* Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel for training or business trips.
* Proficiency in English and German.
* A valid driving license.
* Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage.
* Experience in a matrix organization is a plus.
