Description
As a Sales Support and Executive Assistant, you will need to quickly develop an understanding of the team’s operations, culture, policies and procedures.Your responsibilities will include support in significant cross-functional business development initiatives, support in reporting, budget management and meeting and event/meeting planning and execution via live, videoconference and conference calls.Be the central point of contact for coordination and communication of cross departmental events and activities.Provide welcome and orientation for newcomers in the team.Prepare, update and circulate meeting materials ahead of time including keynotes, agenda etc.Support Sales Management on punctual business initiatives, reporting needs or projects.Coordinate selected on-site meetings, including room reservations, catering, managing speakers and presenters schedules, etc.Liaise with finance to maintain equipment inventory and assist with new equipment purchases/upgrades.Assist visitors from foreign/home office as required.Support Apple Country Manager and the Sales Team

Minimum Qualifications
 * Strong level of German and English
 * Substantial experience of high-level, complex administration work at a senior level
 * Flexible approach to work
 * Excellent networking skills with key business partners and stakeholders in central teams
 * Excellent communication skills - verbal and written involving high-level communications with internal and external contacts
 * Effective time management, uses initiative to prioritise workload and execute against multiple projects and deadlines and meet these

 * Proven experience creating spreadsheets and composing/creating content, texts and special reports, Keynote (Presentation), Pages (Wordprocessing) and Numbers (Excel) skills required

 * Experience of working with remote teamsRelevant experience supporting executive level staff (calendar management, travel, task management, facilities, purchasing and day to day operations).
 * Significant experience managing budgets, creating purchase orders and supporting reporting.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong sense of professionalism.Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and time sensitive environment.
