Private Doctor to UHNW Principal | Permanent Mediterranean Yacht Medical Support
Permanent full-time appointment for a Western-trained Private Doctor supporting a UHNW Principal across a private yacht itinerary in the Mediterranean, including the Greek Islands, Italy, Monaco, Marbella, Ibiza, Mallorca, and the Algarve.
This role is intended for a Doctor who can deliver consistent, discreet care in a private international environment where continuity matters more than episodic cover. You will supervise ongoing health needs, review chronic conditions, respond to urgent medical issues, and arrange specialist input through premium private hospitals and consultants across Europe when needed.
You will also help maintain clinical order throughout travel by keeping medical planning structured, communication clear, and decision-making calm across both yacht-based travel periods and residence-based stays.
Responsibilities
Supervise ongoing health needs of the UHNW Principal.
Review chronic conditions and manage long-term treatments.
Respond to urgent medical issues onsite.
Arrange specialist input through premium private hospitals and consultants across Europe when needed.
Maintain structured medical planning, clear communication, and calm decision-making during travel.
Requirements
* Recognised medical degree from the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
* Minimum 5+ years post-specialisation.
* Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred.
* Experience in private medicine, executive health, concierge medicine, travel medicine, remote medicine, or yacht medicine strongly preferred.
* High discretion, autonomy, and international travel flexibility required.
Compensation & Benefits
* £240,000 GBP per year, tax free.
