So what’s the role?
In this full-time role, you will be a key member of the project team, supporting project and transaction management for a range of major urban renewal projects.
The core components of the role include:
* Helping to create the vision and project concept (on behalf of the vendor)
* Gathering evidence and preparing high‑level market analysis
* Developing and testing feasibility models (yes, Excel skills are a must)
* Working with project directors in preparing marketing collateral and identifying targeted partners
* Supporting project directors during marketing campaigns, including helping to negotiate commercial terms

About you
Candidates with qualifications / technical experience in any of the following disciplines will be highly regarded:
* Commercial property
* Development management
* Valuations
* Funds management (property focused)
* Architecture / Town Planning / Urban Design
This role is suitable for candidates with approx 3 - 5 years professional experience in the property industry, and permanent working rights in Australia*.
*Graduates and more experienced applicants will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis and are still encouraged to apply. We will tailor the salary package based on the experience of the preferred candidate, with opportunity for bonus structures where appropriate.
