My client is a consulting company and Microsoft Partner, dedicated to designing and implementing cutting-edgedata platforms and AI solutions. Their mission is to help clients unlock the full potential of their data through innovative technologies, strategic consulting, and hands-on implementation.
They work with clients across industries to transform their data into actionable insights and intelligent applications. As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced Solutions Partner to work closely with new and existing clients.
About the Role
You will be a prominent figure in the data consulting area with focusing on Microsoft Azure data services. This is a client-facing role that combines technical expertise, business acumen, and consulting excellence.
You will help shape companies data strategy, lead solution design efforts, and ensure high-quality delivery across projects. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate those into modern data platform architectures, and guide your team through successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of Azure-based data platform and AI solutions for clients
* Engage directly with clients to understand business needs and define tailored data strategies
* Oversee pre-sales engagements, including solution design, scoping, and proposal creation
* Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and guide them through digital and data transformation journeys
* Collaborate with Microsoft and other partners to align solutions with industry best practices
* Support internal standards, reusable assets, and delivery methodologies
* Stay ahead of industry trends in data, AI, and cloud technologies
Required Experienced
* Proven experience in a senior consulting or leadership role, ideally within a Microsoft Partner or similar consultancy
* Deep technical knowledge of the Azure data ecosystem, including services such as: Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks and/or Fabric and Azure Machine Learning
* Strong pre-sales and client engagement skills, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, and commercial proposal development
* Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into modern data architectures
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging at both technical and executive levels
* Experience with AI/ML projects and integrating AI into data platforms is a strong plus
* Fluent in German and English (Mandatory)
