Your role at RBI
* Structure, draft, review, and negotiate national and international loan documentation for large corporate and institutional clients. This includes syndicated and bilateral loans, certificate of indebtedness, supply chain finance, and a wide range of other products governed by English, Austrian, or German law.
* Lead and participate in deal teams, acting as a “deal captain” with primary responsibility for a portfolio of transactions, collaborating closely with business units and external partners.
* Coordinate syndicated loans as facility and documentation agent.
* Manage legal and operational tasks throughout the lifecycle of each financing transaction.
Your core competencies
* A university degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
* Preferably experience in corporate financing, though it’s not mandatory.
* Knowledge of structuring and preparing international loan documentation (e.g., LMA, LSTA) is an advantage.
* Ability to merge legal expertise with business needs.
* Familiarity with Legal Tech and a passion for AI & innovation.
* Excellent command of English and good knowledge of German.
* Experience in agile teams, showing initiative, teamwork, and strong customer focus.
