Key responsibilities
Management, motivation and development of 200 employees
Ensuring quality, hygiene and safety standards
Co-operation with various departments such as Quality assurance, Logistics and Development
Optimisation of production processes
What you bring with you
Several years of experience in the food industry
Knowledge of QM and occupational safety regulations
Assertiveness and ability to work in a team
Management experience (optional)
Compensation
The minimum salary for this position is €49,000 gross per year (full-time basis), overpayment possible depending on specific qualifications and experience.
