We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (m/f/d) Platform based in Trier, Bonn, Vienna, or fully remote in Germany.
Responsibilities:
1. Product management for product infrastructure and deployment in Platform & Technology area.
2. Define and implement product roadmap and strategy.
3. Communicate with customers, service, and development partners.
4. Analyze, prioritize, and implement market and internal requirements and trends.
5. Collaborate closely with end-users, service, and development teams to conceive and validate development requirements.
6. Guide development teams and ensure proper documentation and training.
7. Drive continuous evolution of the product based on innovation and market needs.
8. Manage communication about the product with customers, services, and management.
9. Contribute to an open and inspiring team environment, motivating and supporting peers.
Qualifications:
1. University degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in software industry, particularly in Product Management and R&D.
3. Self-motivated with a focus on optimizing results for customers.
4. Knowledge of high availability solutions.
5. Strong knowledge in WildFly and Quarkus (Java, Jakarta EE).
6. Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage conflicting inputs in agile projects (scrum).
7. Strong business acumen and team player attitude.
8. Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is a plus.
9. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
10. Self-management and proactive attitude.
