About the Role
Our client is building and scaling multiple
D2C consumer-goods brands
in the beauty, health, and wellness space. As a
Supply Chain Manager
, you will take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring smooth processes and high efficiency across all channels. This is a
100% remote role
within Germany/EU, offering autonomy and direct impact on growing brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage
national and international transports
, including customs handling
* Oversee
3PL/fulfillment centers
, returns, and risk management
* Negotiate logistics contracts and shipping rates to reduce costs
* Analyse, optimise, and automate
SCM processes
* Lead internal projects for
new tools and system implementations
* Monitor and report on key KPIs (cost per order, return rates, availability)
* Collaborate closely with Procurement, Product, E-Commerce, Customer Success, and Finance
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves:
* ≥3 years experience in
supply chain/logistics
within E-Commerce, Start-ups, or Scale-ups
* FMCG or consumer-goods background
* Knowledge of
customs processes
* Proficient in
Google Sheets
and ERP/WMS systems
* German C2 & English B2
Nice-to-Haves:
* Exposure to procurement and product management
* Experience with
process automation
and controlling
* KPI dashboarding and reporting

Experience & Education
* Minimum 3 years SCM/logistics experience in

Compensation
* Base Salary: €50,000 – €70,000 (Top performers up to €80,000)
* Variable/Bonus: None
Contract Details
* Contract Type: Fixed-term (12 or 24 months) → potential conversion to permanent
* Working Hours: 40 h/week (option for 30–32 h/week)
* Vacation: 27 days + 0.5 day Christmas + 0.5 day New Year's Eve
* Probation Period: 6 months
