This position involves:
* CREATION of quotations, order confirmations, invoices, delivery notes, and order documents in SAP.
* ORGANISATION of the international dispatch of goods, including necessary documents such as invoicing in SAP, shipping order, customs documents, delivery note, invoice, EUR1, ATR, certificate of origin, and supplier's declaration.
* FIRST POINT OF CONTACT for customers and production regarding delivery dates.
* COMMUNICATION INTERFACE with all departments of the company.
* ORDER TRACKING in SAP, including deadline maintenance.
* ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES such as sending audit reports, filing tax-relevant documents, mail distribution, and ordering office supplies.
* SHAPING the mobility of the future.
YOUR PROFILE
* Completed commercial training or apprenticeship.
* Several years of relevant professional experience in commercial processing.
* Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
* MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Sound knowledge of SAP R/3, module SD.
* High customer orientation, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, teamwork, and precise, organized work style.
Our location is well connected to public transport, only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.
The minimum salary for 25 hours per week is from €2,078 gross per month, depending on qualifications.
