You have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling digital content that captivates audiences. With a strong design foundation and a deep understanding of branding, you’ll create and refine engaging assets for high‑profile brands, blending strategy, creativity, and cutting‑edge digital trends to deliver outstanding results.
Requirements and Responsibilities
* Good graphical design portfolio with focus on brand design and online campaign direction & production.
* Ability to create engaging graphic content for high profile brands.
* Brand asset creation of online campaigns.
* Proven ability to produce design works from concept to delivery.
* You have an eye for digital design, typography and color.
* Knowledge of Video and Motion Design is a plus.
* Motivation to manage your own projects and work with passion for details.
* You are able to craft and develop captivating and engaging layouts and compositions.
* Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
* You can provide strategic direction and mentorship in all facets of design, from conceptualization to comprehensive brand evolution, encompassing campaigns and dynamic motion graphics.
* Attention to detail and a keen awareness of emerging trend.
* Adept at pushing boundaries while upholding brand integrity.
* You're great at staying organized and communicating effectively, smoothly juggling multiple projects with ease and clarity.
* Excellent English language skills, German language skills are a plus.
At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full‑time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer.
