Franchise Performance Manager – Join Right at Home Australia
Reporting to: Head of Franchise Operations
Are you passionate about helping businesses succeed? Right at Home Australia is seeking a dynamic Performance Manager with industry and/or franchise experience to guide in home care owners through their start-up journey and ensure they deliver industry leading services.
About the Role
As the “Right Start Performance Manager”, you’ll be the primary point of contact for new home care franchise owners, guiding them through our established and robust new franchise onboarding process. You will support them from initial training through to opening their doors. Working in partnership with our head office teams, you will oversee new office compliance, support business growth initiatives, and provide expert guidance to franchisees to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional care quality.
What You’ll Do
* Provide hands‑on support and training on systems, policies, and procedures with the support of SME’s
* Monitor compliance and operational performance through audits and field visits
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client and carer onboarding
* Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the Right at Home brand
What We’re Looking For
* Previous in‑home care experience and/or franchise coaching will be highly regarded
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Experience with enterprise management systems
* Previous management experience essential; franchising or aged care experience
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Tech‑savvy
