Your responsibilities at waterdrop:

* As an E-Commerce Campaign Manager (m/f/d) you work together with Global DTC Campaign Lead to develop and coordinate global e-commerce campaigns aligned with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution across all digital DTC channels.
* You brief and coordinate campaign requirements with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of goals, messaging and deliverables.
* You oversee and ensure the timely production and delivery of all campaign assets to enable successful campaign execution.
* You forecast, track, and take accountability for revenue targets and campaign profitability, optimizing costs and performance.
* You conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer preferences and competitor activities, integrating insights into strategies.
* You monitor, analyze and report campaign performance metrics, delivering comprehensive post-campaign summaries and actionable optimization recommendations.
* You provide guidance and support to local markets to align localized initiatives with the overarching global e-commerce strategy.
* You support product forecasting by providing input on quantities and demand, and you contribute to portfolio decisions to align with business goals.


Your strengths and qualifications:

* You bring 2–3 years of proven experience in e-commerce campaign management, ideally within DTC channels, with a track record of driving measurable revenue and profitability.
* Experience in Food & Beverage, consumer goods, lifestyle, health & wellness, or similar industries is a strong plus.
* You are highly analytical, with strong skills in interpreting performance metrics and working knowledge of analytics tools.
* You excel at planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
* You are proactive and solution-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* You have excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and communicate effectively with stakeholders across teams and markets.
* You stay on top of e-commerce innovations, tools and technologies, and are eager to integrate them into your campaigns.
* Experience with Shopify or similar platforms is a big plus.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 45.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
