# Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (m/f/x)## Accounting & Finance### Graz, Schladming or Vienna | AustriaE-Mail#### Your tasks* Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior management, providing insight-driven financial analyses that directly influence resource allocation and enterprise-level decision-making* Build, mentor and lead a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement, aligned with organizational strategy* Lead long-range strategic planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecast, translating strategic objectives into actionable financial plans and performance targets* Establish, maintain, and standardize a modern FP&A governance operating system, ensuring consistency, transparency and trust in driver-based models and planning assumptions across the business* Continuously refine FP&A processes, templates, and governance frameworks to drive efficiency, accuracy, and clarity, providing actionable insights through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting that support strategic decision-making* Oversee variance analysis, performance reporting, and scenario planning, ensuring insights support executive decision-making, risk mitigation, and strategic prioritization#### Our requirements* Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable qualification; specialization in Controlling, Finance or Data Analytics is an advantage* Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in FP&A, Controlling or Finance, ideally within an international and multi-stakeholder environment* Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing finance teams, with a strong commitment to talent development, empowerment and a positive team culture* Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis and performance management, combined with excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a strategic, entrepreneurial approach to financial leadership* A collaborative and respectful leader with the ability to work across functions and hierarchies, balancing strategic clarity, ambition and structured stakeholder management with strong team orientation and cultural awareness* Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and solid understanding of ERP systems, financial data structures and driver-based planning models* Fluent in German and English (business-level proficiency), with strong communication skills, confident stakeholder management, high adaptability, a solution-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills#### We offer you* The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is 3.698,56 gross per month for a 40-hour work week, based on full fulfillment of the job profile.
