We are looking for a talented and experienced Technology Leader to join our Retail team. In this role, you are responsible from the business side for developing and managing the technology strategy and portfolio of business services / capabilities for the RBI Group. Furthermore, you contribute to designing the business target architecture and transformation models on our journey to become the digital bank with human touch.

Your role at RBI
1. You are responsible for co-creating and aligning the business and IT strategy, enabling the transformation process of the retail client segment.
2. You collaborate intensively with internal business stakeholders to identify customer needs and data driven approaches to solve them and translate them into requirements for business & IT joint roadmaps.
3. You closely collaborate with IT teams to ensure that our digital products meet technical and security requirements and comply with regulatory standards.
4. You are in touch with external partners to identify opportunities for enhancing our technology strategy through the integration of third-party products and services.
5. You promote technical standards as part of T-shaping the business strategy.
6. You define capabilities and underlying technology to support digital business now and in the future.
7. You enable successful launches of digital services by developing clear enterprise level business and technical architectures and standards to define design, build, and sustainment of tools.
8. You drive end-to-end visibility of digital technology married to business processes and partner closely with business leads.
9. You develop a technology roadmap to support process enhancements, develop guidance and governance for operations space, and are a trusted partner to business colleagues as technology expert and advisor.
Your core competencies
10. Extensive work experience in digital technology roles.
11. Solid knowledge of digital banking and business transformation, including technology elements.
12. Experience with modern architecture frameworks and designs that support successful digital technology insertion.
13. Ability to provide strategic technical leadership and lead by influence the creation of long-term strategy.
14. Experience in agile product development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
15. Experience in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
17. Innovative thinking with ability to drive transformation.

18. Experience with TOGAF, SAFe frameworks
19. Experience with solution, enterprise, or business architecture principles
20. Experience with cloud data platforms
