You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and continuously improve our delivery processes. You will report to the Head of Delivery. Your daily tasks will includeleading and managing multiple IT service projects across our Cloudflight portfolio from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveryacting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations and ensuring satisfactioncoordinating and guiding cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining a high-performance work environmentproviding feedback and mentoring to project managers to support their professional developmentproactively identifying potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomesoversee planning, budgeting, financial performance tracking, deviation analysis, forecasting and resourcing to ensure data accuracy and integritymaintaining accurate project documentation, providing regular status updates to different stakeholders and generating comprehensive reportsfostering a culture of business acumen and innovation within project teams, encouraging creative problem solving, new ideas and the identification of new business opportunitiesThe following will make you succeed in this rolea degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plusminimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery, project management, or a related roleproven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive results in a fast-paced environmentstrong understanding of budgeting, financial targets and resource allocationdemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionstrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challengesexcellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English and the ability to work with people from different national and international locationsAustria: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings.
