The Goal

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build long-term partnerships with global clients at the intersection of technology, compliance, and player protection. This is more than support—it's a strategic role helping enterprise customers navigate regulatory environments while driving adoption, retention, and growth of our RegTech platform. From onboarding through renewals, you’ll be the trusted advisor ensuring clients maximise value, stay compliant, and deliver safer, more responsible gambling experiences.


The Player

You bring proven experience in SaaS and B2B customer success, ideally in gambling or another regulated sector. You are skilled in SQL and confident with client engagement, excelling at managing relationships across both operational and executive levels. You’re proactive, adaptable across time zones, and have a solid grasp of compliance topics like Responsible Gambling and AML. Technical fluency with APIs, CRMs, or reporting tools is a plus. Above all, you’re client-first and thrive on building partnerships that last.


Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with global clients, ensuring value realization and ongoing adoption of the RegTech platform.
* Guide customers through onboarding to renewal, ensuring compliance and safer gambling experiences.
* Engage with clients at operational and executive levels, coordinating across cross-functional teams.
* Monitor health metrics, risk indicators, and renewal pipelines; drive retention and growth initiatives.


Qualifications

* Experience in SaaS and B2B customer success, preferably in gambling or regulated industries.
* Strong SQL skills; comfortable with client engagement and relationship management.
* Knowledge of Responsible Gambling, AML, and regulatory considerations.
* Technical fluency with APIs, CRMs, or reporting tools is a plus.
* Client-first mindset with ability to work across time zones.
