To enhance our successful Corporate IT Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate Specialist Ticketing CoE IT.
Responsibilities
* Administer and configure core ticketing tool functionalities
* Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and other platform components
* Ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform through proactive monitoring (e.g., health check dashboards), maintenance, and issue resolution
* Evaluate, test, and integrate new ServiceNow modules and features, providing recommendations based on industry best practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing processes
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment
* Document configurations, processes, and changes for internal knowledge sharing
Your Profile – Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in tool administration and development
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and their implementation beneficial, with proven experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Management)
* Good spoken and written language skills both in English and German
* Intercultural competences due to international cooperation
* Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Documentation skills – able to clearly summarize and document processes and validation results
* Ability to understand end-user needs and translate them into tool configurations and process improvements
