What you’ll be doing
* Drive the commercial development of QbD’s clinical CRO services for Medical Devices across international markets
* Contribute to strategic decision-making around sales direction, market segmentation, and business development priorities
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers in the clinical ecosystem
* Collaborate with internal experts to deliver tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs across the clinical lifecycle
* Actively identify opportunities for innovation in sales processes, client engagement strategies, and go-to-market approaches
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex clinical, regulatory, and quality requirements
* Represent QbD at industry events, conferences, and roundtables to strengthen our visibility and thought leadership in clinical development
* Share knowledge, support commercial best practices, and mentor team members as a senior leader in the business development team
What you bring
* Minimum of 10 years in the clinical/ CRO industry
* Proven success in selling clinical services or complex solutions to MedTech clients
* A strong network of clinical and regulatory decision-makers in the MedTech space
* In-depth understanding of medical device clinical requirements, including ISO 14155, MDR, and related global regulations
* Confidence in leading complex conversations at both operational and executive levels
* Hands-on experience with CRM systems and a structured, data-driven sales approach
* The ability to listen, consult, and influence with integrity and transparency
