Program Overview
The role is part of a 2‑year International Early Career Program that offers international intra‑group rotations and developmental sessions, beginning on October 1, 2026.
Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for defined R&D and Quality‑related business applications or functional areas within the global application landscape, under the mentorship of the Group Senior Manager R&D Applications.
* Support the exploration and responsible use of AI‑supported functionalities within R&D applications.
* Drive the analysis and structuring of business requirements in collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Process Owners, translating them into clear solution concepts.
* Participate as a core team member in global projects, system enhancements, and rollouts across international sites.
* Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure stable, compliant, and user‑centric application solutions.
* Continuously build expertise in regulated R&D and Quality systems and progressively expand your scope of responsibility as part of the International Early Career Program.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
* Recent university graduation with a maximum of 3 years of professional experience (excluding internships).
* Strong interest in owning and shaping digital business applications in an R&D environment.
* Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into structured, pragmatic IT solutions.
* High learning agility, curiosity, and motivation to quickly build deep domain expertise.
* Confident, professional personality with the ability to communicate effectively in international, cross‑functional teams.
* Ambition to grow into a business application expert or future people leader.
* Willingness to move internationally for work assignments during the program.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
