What You Will Master
* Monitoring: Proactively monitor platform performance and create monitoring checks to maintain operational integrity
* Incident Management: Analyze, resolve and document incidents, including root cause analysis and reporting
* Continuous Service Improvement: Process service and change requests to improve monitoring and reporting capabilities
* On-call Duty: Ensure 24/7 operations with on-call support in collaboration with the operations team
What Makes You the Right Fit
* Experience: 2 years of professional experience in a similar IT Operations role or equivalent experience, preferably within the payments or banking sector
* Skills: Initial experience in IT service management and monitoring based on ITIL practices, strong problem-solving skills with an ability to implement effective solutions, and fluent in English (C1)
* Attitude: Proactive, team-oriented mindset and drive to optimize your workflows with AI tools

* Competitive remuneration: You will receive a competitive compensation package, discussed with you personally. For legal reasons, the gross annual salary is provided based on the collective agreement and is approximately EUR 45,800 (based on full-time 38.5 hours per week). We are willing to offer more than this starting salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
