Overview
You will be part of the newly established International Customer Interaction (ICI) unit, contributing actively to building and shaping this dynamic and international department. As an Executive Assistant, you collaborate closely with senior management and play a crucial role in coordinating our global ICI community.
Independently manage various assistance tasks within an international business environment, ensuring smooth operational and strategic alignment. Act as the primary liaison for national and international colleagues and external partners, confidently communicating in English. Coordinate appointments, business trips, and high-level meetings. Prepare documents, meeting minutes, and presentations in English. Proactively foster relationships and communications within our global community, enhancing internal and external stakeholder engagement. Support strategic project activities, contribute to departmental development initiatives, and coordinate international committee meetings. Engage actively in shaping team culture, processes, working methods, and ensuring a positive, collaborative, and enjoyable working environment.

Your profile
The requirements of the role include:
* Professional experience in project management, communication, or coordination roles, ideally within an international company
* Completed commercial training, an apprenticeship, or hold a university degree
* Prior experience in marketing, e-commerce or customer engagement environments is advantageous
* Outstanding communication skills and strong diligence
* Reliable, structured, and discreet working style with flexibility in task and time management
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office
* Business-fluent English; proficiency in German is beneficial but not mandatory
