Teamlead IS Business Applications
Your Role
As a developer for our product configurators, you will play a central role in the conceptualization, development, and improvement of product configurators that enable efficient and error‑free quotation processes. Your work ensures a seamless integration with enterprise systems such as SAP and CRM, driving automation and scalability in our global business.
* Develop and adapt product configurators in IQ, focusing on robust functionality and user‑friendly design.
* Integrate IQ with enterprise systems for end‑to‑end process automation.
* Take responsibility for the entire lifecycle of the configurators – from architecture and implementation through maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous development.
* Act as an internal IS consultant to align innovative solutions with business requirements and closely collaborate with stakeholders, solution consultants, and partners to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
Qualifications
* Completed education in Software Engineering, IT or a related field (HTL, FH, university) or comparable practical experience.
* Verifiable experience in software development and IT with solid knowledge in design and implementation of robust solutions.
* Interest and affinity for automation products and motivation to develop user‑friendly configurators that simplify complex processes.
* Team player with an open and communicative personality.
* Excellent German and English written and spoken communication skills.

According to legal requirements, we refer to the minimum salary under the collective agreement of the Electrical and Electronics Industrie at €3,775.27 brutto/month. The readiness to pay above this figure depending on qualification and experience is available.
