Your mission at ecop:

As the heart of our team, you keep the management's back free, ensure that everything runs smoothly in the office, and serve as the first point of contact for colleagues and external partners. With your drive, organizational talent, and positive energy, you actively shape our daily work life and bring structure where others see chaos.

Your tasks:

* Supporting the management team in organizational and administrative matters
* Coordinating, managing, and prioritizing appointments and meetings
* Supporting projects such as funding applications or patent preparation
* Planning, organizing, and documenting meetings, including preparing presentation materials (e.g., in PowerPoint)
* Organizing business trips and company events
* Preparing and managing contractual documents
* Ensuring efficient office management in daily operations (correspondence, procurement, administration, filing, fleet management, etc.)
* Optimizing existing structures, processes, and workflows in office management
* Welcoming and hosting external visitors
* Acting as the central point of contact for all departments and as an interface to external partners


What you should bring:

* Completed commercial education (e.g., HAK, HLW, HLP, university degree) or comparable qualification
* At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Friendly and professional appearance
* Excellent organizational skills, structured working style, and effective time management
* Very good MS Office skills (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive)
* Experience with AI tools is an advantage
* High level of discretion, reliability, and trustworthiness
* Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
* Independent working style
* Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

For this position, we offer you a monthly gross salary starting at € 3.200 and on full-time basis (40h per week), depending on qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary is € 2.705,03 gross/month.
