We partner with organizations to train large language models, aiding generative AI models in writing better code. Projects involve solving discrete, highly variable problems, engaging with these models as they learn to code. No prior AI experience is required.
About the opportunity:
* Outlier seeks talented Math Experts to assist in training generative AI models.
* This freelance, remote role offers flexible hours—work when it suits you.
* Assessing the factuality and relevance of domain-specific text generated by AI.
* Crafting and answering questions related to Math.
* Evaluating and ranking AI-generated responses in specific domains.
Desired expertise:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Math or a related field.
* Experience working as a Math professional.
* Ability to clearly communicate mathematical concepts in fluent English and German.
Payment:
* Rates for core project work by Math experts in Austria range from $30 to $50 USD per hour.
* Rates depend on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be available for PhDs. Non-core work like onboarding or overtime may have different rates. Some projects include incentive payments. Review each project's payment terms.
