Your Main Tasks
* After a structured onboarding, you will take over the coordination of automation projects – including scheduling, cost control, and workflow planning
* You will maintain existing Power BI dashboards and develop new solutions for visualizing project data
* You will be responsible for planning all project phases (feasibility studies, basic/detail engineering) and accompany projects through to successful commissioning
* You will actively contribute to the creation of technical specifications and standardizations
* You will work in a global team and maintain direct communication with internal and external automation customers
* You will support the procurement of system components and coordinate external suppliers
Your Ideal Profile
* Completed technical education (HTL/FS) in automation technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electronics, IT – or equivalent professional experience
* Initial experience in automation or process engineering is desirable
* Knowledge of project and process management as well as a strong sense of quality and cost awareness is an advantage
* Experience with BI tools (MS Power BI) for creating and maintaining dashboards
* Strong team spirit, communication skills, and intercultural competence
* Excellent German and good English skills; Czech is an advantage, additional languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related purposes, both domestically and internationally
* Class B (car) driver’s license

We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary for this position as specified in the collective agreement. This is currently €3,348.7 gross per month (14 times per year, excluding shift allowances). A higher salary is possible depending on personal qualifications, education, and professional experience.
