We are seeking a passionate Bellman to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and flawless service throughout their stay.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests upon arrival.
* Assist guests with luggage handling – including loading, unloading, delivery to rooms, and secure storage.
* Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel facilities, services, and room features.
* Maintain lobby presence, offering assistance and anticipating guest needs at all times.
* Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Valet to ensure seamless guest service.
* Assist with transportation arrangements (taxis, limousines, transfers).
* Handle guest requests, preferences, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
