This position is offered as a 90% part‑time role.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesProviding comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Patient Safety Managers RCV and the Head of DepartmentManaging administrative systems, including travel arrangements, time management, and purchasing workflowsOverseeing the department service mailbox and distribution lists; ensure proper documentation maintenance and archivingSupporting the organization of departmental meetings, workshops, and eventsContributing to the creation and execution of awareness activities, surveys, content development, and newslettersRequirementsDegree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related scientific field (preferred)1–2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or a regulatory environment is an advantageAdministrative experience and familiarity with compliance processes are desirableFluent English; German or other local languages are an advantageStrong willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and a collaborative team orientationPlease note that employment takes place via one of our external partners.
