Program Manager (f/m/d)
As Program Manager, you will act as the key link between the central Program Management and local execution teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful execution of strategic initiatives. This role combines traditional program management functions with consulting-style support, including best practice sharing, content facilitation, and hands-on guidance for workstream owners.
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor transformation initiatives within the Business Unit.
* Ensure effective progress tracking, risk and issue management, and milestone adherence.
* Prepare content to support decision-making, including simulations and presentations.
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
* Analyze stakeholder needs, craft targeted communications, and consolidate initiative dashboards and reports
* Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business Admin or equivalent
* 5+ years experience in project management, business transformation, or consulting
* Strong skills in structuring, stakeholder management and communication
* Comfortable working independently and across functions
* Proficient in written and verbal English (German or other language is a plus)
