Your new adventure
As Manager Global Sourcing Services, you will be a key enabler of BRP’s procurement excellence. In this role, you will oversee all central procurement functions — including Business Process Management, Source-to-Pay, Claim Management, Academy Coordination, Risk Management, and Transformation Coordination.
You will provide state-of-the-art support to both strategic and operational procurement teams, ensuring continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development across the function. This is a highly impactful role that contributes directly to BRP’s business performance, operational resilience, and sustainability objectives.
1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of group leaders and specialists across global sourcing services.
2. Continuously improve the services and tools supporting strategic and operational procurement teams.
3. Develop and optimize procurement and supplier quality processes and systems to drive efficiency and compliance.
4. Manage supplier claim processes and ensure timely resolution of incoming and outgoing claims.
5. Identify, monitor, and mitigate global supply chain risks.
6. Oversee and execute all standard Source-to-Pay (S2P) activities.
7. Define and monitor service level agreements with internal stakeholders in procurement and supplier quality.
8. Coordinate and align activities with vehicle-side central function leaders to ensure seamless collaboration.
9. Drive continuous improvement, problem-solving, and transformation initiatives within Global Supply Chain.
10. Stay up to date on market trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
Your experiences and skills
11. University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is an asset.
12. 3–5 years of leadership experience in procurement.
13. Solid understanding of procurement processes; a technical background combined with a business degree is a strong asset.
14. Strong analytical, process-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
15. Experience in cost engineering, risk management, or transformation projects is advantageous.
16. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & German; additional languages are an advantage.
17. Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainability.
We offer
You will be offered an exciting position in an with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 81 ,04 gross/year, flexitime, in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
