How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
* Support commercial, legal, and technical negotiations with intralogistics solution providers, particularly for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and service contracts, helping to achieve balanced and effective agreements
* Support stakeholder relationships by collaborating with internal and external partners to gather and align requirements, ensuring consistency and clarity
* Support the drafting of tender documents for intralogistics projects, ensuring clarity and accuracy, and support the review and evaluation of vendor proposals to identify potential improvements
* Collaborate with legal teams to review, finalise, and support the development of effective contract mechanisms
* Support the development and implementation of our technology supplier strategy while contributing to long‑term partnership approaches that enable sustainable collaboration
* Contribute to the development of standardised structures and processes that enhance team knowledge and methodologies and support greater efficiency in our operations
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
* A university degree or comparable qualification with a technical or business focus
* At least 2 years of experience in a role involving suppliers, purchasing, procurement, or negotiation
* Awareness of commercial contract clauses (e.g. liability, warranty, risk mitigation) and how they are applied in practice
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and opportunities objectively
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple topics in parallel
* Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support constructive resolution of issues
* A proactive mindset with the drive to take initiative and contribute to successful project delivery
* Willingness to travel internationally (10–20%) and fluent English proficiency

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 62.500*
* Willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
