YOUR TASKS
* ASSISTANCE... in the team with the creation of delivery documents in SAP
* SUPPORT... with order and quotation processing and communication with customers
* PROCESSING... of administrative tasks such as sending test reports, filing including all tax-relevant documents, mail distribution, ordering office supplies, etc.
* COMMUNICATION... with all departments of the company
* SHAPING... the mobility of the future
YOUR PROFILE
* Currently studying economics
* Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
* SAP skills are an advantage
* Written and spoken German and English
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Accurate and organized way of working
Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.
The salary for 20 hours per week is € 1,519 gross per month.
