Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Strategy department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Responsibilities range from strategy development, market intelligence and business development to strategic partner management.
How You Will CELLebrate
* Plan, manage and execute the procurement of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), with particular focus on Germany and Spain
* Planning and execution of RfI, RfQ and negotiation processes with potential suppliers of renewable energy
* Presentation of purchasing strategies and results in PowerCo sourcing committees
* Energy economic and commercial evaluation of PPA offers, and provision of recommendations in line with overall PowerCo Energy Sourcing Strategy
* Establishment and management of strategic suppliers for energy deliveries
What You Need For Our CELLebration
* University degree in economics, industrial engineering or in a comparable field
* Expertise in power procurement, PPA origination, negotiations, and stakeholder management, Europe-wide and specifically for the Spanish market
* Industry experience in European power markets, in particular related to renewable energy
* Risk- and project management skills
* Deep PPA expertise with respect to relevant contract types, pricing structures, risk allocation options, and guarantees of origin (GoOs)
* Familiarity with European utility and renewable energy developer landscape

* Fluent in spoken and written German & English, Spanish language skills beneficial
