We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Legal Counsel to provide in-house legal guidance on core business matters.
Your key responsibilities
* Advise on products & services in all legal areas of digital retail banking & GDPR matters
* Support the implementation of innovative projects & development of existing products
* Advise on day-to-day business as well as corporate law & regulatory matters
* Monitor and analyze legal & regulatory developments at national & EU level
* Draft & review of contractual customer documentation
Your key qualifications
* Completed study of law in Poland, preferably bar exam
* 5+ years of experience in a retail bank and/or a commercial law firm with focus of banking & finance law
* Ability to analyze complex legal issues & to understand economic context
* Excellent contract drafting skills
* High degree of initiative & accuracy, structured working methods & excellent communication skills
* Ability to take ownership of dedicated area of support & high problem-solving competence
* Excellent knowledge of English and Polish language, German language is an advantage
