Overview
Product Specialist Rheology – Expert in Rheology, Melt Rheology & Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA) (f/m/x) at Anton Paar. You will advise industry and science, develop applications, lead webinars & seminars, and act as an expert in melt rheology as well as DMA testing procedures.
Responsibilities
* Technical support and application-oriented consulting for customers as well as international subsidiaries
* Organization and delivery of trainings, presentations at conferences, and webinars
* Active contribution to the innovation process in close collaboration with Product Development and Product Management
* Installation, commissioning, and equipment training at customer sites in Germany and abroad
* Development of new applications and execution of special measurements in the laboratory
Qualifications
* Completed university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Technology, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable field of study
* In-depth knowledge of Rheometry, DMA (Dynamic Mechanical Analysis), material characterization, materials testing, and surface analytics
* Experience in testing technology is an advantage
* Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
* Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
* High level of self-motivation, resilience, and an analytical, solution-oriented working style
* Strong customer orientation and confident appearance
* Willingness to travel up to 10% (nationally and internationally)

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,600 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
