That’s where you come in. As an Implementation Consultant Real Estate at Planon, you turn the way customers operate into practical, working solutions in Planon Real Estate / COOR. You don’t just advise, you build, configure and deliver systems that people use every day. Working on small, fast-paced projects, you take ownership from initial setup through go-live and early adoption. You are close to the customer, close to the product, and directly responsible for making sure the solution works in practice. With limited travel and a strong team around you, this role offers a hands-on path to grow into a specialist at the intersection of real estate, software and data. What you’ll do Implement Planon Real Estate / COOR software for customers across Austria and the DACH region Translate customer requirements into system configurations, workflows and data structures Configure the application, including data setup and imports Run workshops and training sessions to support implementation and user adoption Own the implementation process end-to-end, including coordination and post go-live support Profile Comfortable working in customer-facing environments, you take ownership and enjoy turning requirements into practical solutions. You bring: A background or degree in Real Estate, Facility Management, Architecture, Construction or a related field Strong interest in software, systems and working with data Up to 3 years of experience, or a motivated graduate eager to grow into an implementation role Ability to translate customer needs into practical, system-based solutions Fluent in German and English Based in Salzburg or Graz We offer A healthy work-life balance and the possibility of working hybrid.
