The Role:
As our Franchise Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our Austrian expansion. You will act as the bridge between HQ and local franchise partners, handling everything from site selection to ongoing performance management.
Who You Are:
* Proven experience in operations, area management, or retail expansion.
* Strong understanding of the Austrian real estate market and labor laws.
* Ability to recruit and mentor leaders.
* Results-oriented with a sharp eye for KPIs and operational efficiency.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Willingness to travel across Austria.

Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition & Leadership:
You will be responsible for recruiting, vetting, and onboarding high-performing Location Managers. You will build teams that are motivated and aligned with our company culture.
* Site Selection & Expansion:
You will actively scout and secure new prime locations across Austria, negotiating leases and ensuring all sites meet our strategic criteria.
* New Location Launches:
You will oversee the entire pre-opening process, providing hands-on support during the setup phase to ensure successful and timely launches.
* Performance Monitoring:
After opening, you will closely monitor the success of each location, tracking KPIs, profitability, and operational standards, intervening with support and coaching when necessary.
